We deliver Australia-wide with the following delivery fees and times.
If your item is in stock, it can be available to dispatch within 1-3 business days.
Please use the table below for estimated delivery fees and delivery time frames, unless specified during promotional periods (ie. Free delivery).
Delivery fees are subject to change depending on the size and delivery location of your order.
For In-store Orders
All orders incur a $75 Delivery Fee per pallet.
For all other online order postcode and non-standard deliveries please see a customer service team member in store for a delivery quote.
Items not included in Standard Delivery are large format panels and any tile with a dimension greater than 1100mm. These items are considered non-standard and will incur an additional pallet space fee.

If your product is a special order item, please allow up to 10 weeks for your order to dispatch.
From the time you place your online or instore order, we can store your order for 60 days for free.
For all deliveries, you will receive a phone call from our friendly customer service team to schedule your delivery.
Orders over 200sqm placed in-store or online are subject to availability.
