Online orders placed between December 21 and January 1 will be processed commencing January 2. Please allow 72 business hours from January 2 to receive an email notification or a phone call from one of our friendly customer service team members to let you know the date that your order is scheduled for delivery or can be picked up in store. For Pre-Christmas delivery on in stock items, orders must be placed by Tuesday, 17th of December.
We offer FREE click and collect for all online orders. We offer online FREE delivery for Metro standard orders over $100 in VIC, NSW, SA, and QLD. All other online standard orders have a delivery fee of $75.
Online non-standard orders include delivery to TAS, areas beyond 35 Km from regional stores, as well as delivery of adhesives, grouts and waterproofing products.
When you place your online order, a friendly customer service team member will get back to you within 24 business hours with the additional online delivery fees that may apply for your order.
Online non-standard orders include any order that is greater than 1 pallet load, large format panels and any product with a dimension greater than 1100mm. These items are considered non-standard and may incur an additional pallet space fee at the time your order is scheduled to be delivered, including a fully refundable crate fee.
If the items in your order are in stock, they can be available to collect from store or be ready to dispatch within 1-3 business days.
Please note that your order will be completed by forklift only.

From the time you place your online or instore order, we can store your order for 60 days for free.
